box-type fixed AC metal close net switch equipment (hereinafter shortened
as close net cabinet) is produced by absorbing advanced technology
in foreign countries, and combining the actual power supplying requirement
in China. It is suitably applied in city's electric net construction
and reconstruction as the new high voltage electric product. After
the inspection and longtime trial operation, the performance of product
has reached the standards of IEC298 "AC metal close switch equipment
and control equipment" (1981 edition) and GB3906 "3~35KV
AC metal close switch equipment". Furthermore, the product has
reliable operating measures against mistake, and its defending grade
reaches IP2X. The close net cabinet has such advantages as small bulk,
easy operation, small operating force, safe application, convenient
maintenance, stable and reliable quality, no fire or explosion caused,
able to mount against wall, and small ground area, etc. Through comparing
and analyzing the concerned information, its main technical parameters
is comparable to that in foreign countries.
Close net cabinet is suitable for application in the distributing
system where rated voltage is 10KV, and rated frequency is 50Hz in
factory, mine, living communities, high construction, school, and
park. Also it can be used in the power supplying of terminal and close
net to receive and distribute the electricity. |

| XBZ1 series intelligent box-type
transformer substation and XBJ1 series intact box-type transformer
substation have taken the advantages of American type box transformer,
European type transformer, and national made box transformer. Considering
the special characteristics in China, the product has adopted new
material, new technology, advanced components, and automatic technique
of high and low voltage. Wherein the high voltage (12kV) side can
satisfy the requirement of electric ministry to distributing net,
and the low voltage (0.4kV) side can meet the requirement of intelligentized
management in living communities by remote controlling box-type transformer
substation in four aspects (inspection, information, adjustment and
control) after being set on central station or above management location.
When many intelligent box transformer substations are linked "hand
in hand" to a close net and accompanied by independent software,
the net will function as automatic locating of malfunction, removing
of malfunction, transforming of load, and re-constructing of net,
so that the electricity will be resumed in one minute. The intelligent
box-type transformer substation in this series is a complete intelligentized
power supplying and distributing set, consisting of high voltage unit,
electric transformer, low voltage unit, computing unit, and intelligent
system. It has beautiful exterior, multiple functions and broad applications.
It is also characterized by safe and reliable operation, easy installation,
small ground area, little maintenance required, small investment,
fast effect, and long lifespan. The device finds applications in city
construction, living community, city planning facility, factory, mine,
road, dock, oil field, and temporary power supply during constructing

| The breaker is used to shut
the outdoor load current of distributing lines of 10KV voltage, middle
and small-sized transformer substation, and power distributing station.
It will realize the remote control of long or short distance, and
has the functions of overload and short circuit protecting. Additionally,
DC source box, thunderproof isolation blade (isolation cut is visible)
automatically linked to vacuum arc-diminishing room, and electric
remote controller, etc. The device is in dry type, non-oil or air
filled. Thanks to its scientific design, simple structure, easy commissioning,
reliable action, complete functions, light weight, and small bulk,
the device has become the ideal automatic equipment of power distributing
in power net reconstruction. |
